2016-11-22: 170kg Squat, 500kg Powerlifting Total.

OK, it's my Gym Total, and it's from different days, but hey, I'm still proud of it!  My PRs are now:

Squat: 170kg
Bench Press: 130kg
Deadlift: 200kg

Powerlifting Total: 500kg
